Excluded Numbers. Neither Party shall be required to provide number portability for excluded numbers (e.g., 500 and 900 NPAs, 950 and 976 NXX number services, Official Communications Services (“OCS”) and others as excluded by FCC rulings issued from time to time) under this Agreement.
