Excluded Services and Liabilities. VRC has no obligation or authority under this Agreement regarding, and shall not undertake, any activity which is required by law to be provided solely by a licensed physician. Moreover, the parties acknowledge and agree that VRC may not be held responsible for any damages, costs, or liabilities related to the delivery of health care services to the clients of Practice or any Radiologist.
