Excluded Shareholder if any Bidder Group Member acquires any Target Shares after the date of this deed, notify Target in writing of such acquisition and the relevant Bidder Group Member (and thereafter that entity will be an Excluded Shareholder).
Excluded Shareholder if any Gascoyne Group Member acquires any Firefly Shares after the date of this deed, notify Firefly in writing of such acquisition and the relevant Gascoyne Group Member (and thereafter that entity will not be a ‘Scheme Shareholder’ for the purposes of this deed and will be excluded from the operation of the Scheme).
