Excluded Subsidiary Status. With respect to a Subsidiary that has been classified as an Excluded Subsidiary, at such time that such Subsidiary no longer meets the requirements of an Excluded Subsidiary, Administrative Borrower shall provide to Agent prompt written notice thereof, and shall provide, with respect to such Subsidiary, all of the documents required by this Section 5.21.
