Excluded Swap Obligations. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, Obligations guaranteed by any Guarantor, or secured by the grant of any Lien by such Guarantor under any Collateral Document, shall exclude all Excluded Swap Obligations with respect to such Guarantor.
