Excluding Saturday Clause Samples

The 'Excluding Saturday' clause defines that any references to days, deadlines, or time periods within the agreement do not include Saturdays. For example, if a response is required within five days and this clause applies, Saturdays are not counted in the calculation of those days. This clause ensures clarity in time calculations and helps avoid confusion or disputes about whether Saturdays should be considered as business or calendar days for contractual obligations.
