– Exclusion From the Agenda. 2.1 It is agreed that the following items will not be the subject of this Memorandum of Agreement. (a) Any matter which may involve amendments to legislation or regulation. (b) Any matter which requires central agency approval, such as Management Board of Cabinet. (c) Any matter which might more properly be the subject of an individual grievance. (d) Any matter involving the interpretation and application of the collective agreement. 2.2 It is agreed and understood the purpose of this committee is to encourage an exchange of information and ideas. Accordingly, any discussion during these meetings is to be considered as non-precedential in nature and shall not be used to the detriment of either Party in any future proceedings.
