Exclusion of Captive Insurance Company. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Captive Insurance Company shall be excluded from the calculation of any financial ratio (including the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio and the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio) under this Agreement.
