Exclusion of Certain Purchase Contracts from Eligibility for Selection for Redemption. Purchase Contracts shall be excluded from eligibility for selection for a partial redemption if they are identified by registration and certificate number in an Officer's Certificate delivered by the Corporation to the Agent at least 10 days prior to the date of the mailing of a notice of redemption as being owned of record and beneficially by, and not pledged or hypothecated by (a) the Corporation or (b) an Affiliate of the Corporation. Purchase Contracts shall also be excluded from eligibility for selection for a partial redemption if they are the subject of an Acceleration Notice.
