Common use of Exclusion of Certain Stock Clause in Contracts

Exclusion of Certain Stock. Notwithstanding anything in this Article II, no adjustment of the Exercise Price or the number of shares to be issued upon exercise of this Warrant shall be made upon, (i) the grant of options under any stock option plan of the Company now existing or hereafter adopted by the Company (as any such plan may be amended from time to time) or (ii) the issuance of shares of Common Stock upon the exercise of options granted under any such plan or (iii) other events where adjustment is not specifically required by this Warrant.
