Exclusion of Damages. Subject to the Section titled ‘Unlimited Liability’: a) neither party (nor its respective Affiliates or SAP’s subcontractors) will be liable to the other party for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, loss of good will or business profits, work stoppage or for exemplary or punitive damages, and b) SAP will not be liable for any damages caused by any training service provided for no fee.
