Common use of Exclusion of implied terms Clause in Contracts

Exclusion of implied terms. Except to the extent that it would contravene any Law or cause this clause to be void or unenforceable, each party excludes all terms implied into the Agreement in fact, at law, by a Law or on any other basis.
