Exclusion of Implied Terms. Each Party acknowledges that it has not been induced to enter into any Project Document by any representation, warranty or undertaking not expressly incorporated into it. So far as permitted by Law and except in the case of fraud, each Party agrees and acknowledges that its only rights and remedies in relation to any representation, warranty or undertaking made or given in connection with any Project Document shall be for breach of the terms of that Project Document, to the exclusion of all other rights and remedies (including those in tort or arising under statute) except as expressly stated in any Project Document. For the purposes of this Clause 19.6 only, “Project Document” includes all documents entered into pursuant to any such Project Document.
