Exclusion of Indirect or Consequential Loss. Except as provided in clause 11.3, and so far as the law allows, neither party will be liable to the other in contract, in tort, in equity, by operation of statute or otherwise for any kind of Consequential Loss suffered or incurred by the other party or any other person and arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
