Exclusion of Labor Relationship. This Agreement establishes a relationship that is exclusively commercial between the Parties, associated to the provision of the Service, so this Agreement does not configure labor or subordination relationship, or intermediation whatsoever between the Parties, or between any one of them and the personnel that, by virtue of the Agreement, each Party designates for the compliance thereof.
