Exclusion of liens and commissions. Neither the Paying Agents (in respect of the Class A Notes) nor the Class Z VFN Registrar (in respect of the Class Z VFN) shall exercise any lien, right of set-off or similar claim against any person to whom it makes any payment under Clause 6.1 (Payments in respect of the Class A Notes) or Clause 6.2 (Payments in respect of the Class Z VFN) (as applicable) nor shall any commission or expense be charged by it to any such person in respect thereof.
