Exclusion of liens and commissions. Neither the Paying Agent (in respect of the Class A Notes) nor the Class B VFN Registrar (in respect of the Class B VFN) shall exercise any lien, right of set-off or similar claim against any person to whom it makes any payment under Clause 7.1 (Payments in respect of the Notes) nor shall any commission or expense be charged by it to any such person in respect thereof.
