Exclusion of moratorium. To the extent not excluded by law, a provision of any legislation which directly or indirectly: (a) lessens, varies or affects in favour of a Transaction Party any obligations under a Transaction Document; or (b) stays, postpones or otherwise prevents or prejudicially affects the exercise by any Finance Party of any Power, is negatived and excluded from each Transaction Document and all relief and protection conferred on a Transaction Party by or under that legislation is also negatived and excluded.
