Exclusion of moratorium. Without limiting clause 10.7, to the extent not excluded by law, a provision of any legislation (other than a provision of the PPSA mentioned in section 115(1) of the PPSA) which directly or indirectly: (a) lessens, varies or affects in favour of the Grantor any obligations under this deed or any Finance Document; (b) stays, postpones or otherwise prevents or prejudicially affects the exercise by the Secured Party, Receiver or Attorney of any Power; or (c) confers any right on the Grantor or imposes any obligation on the Secured Party or a Receiver or Attorney in connection with the exercise of any Power, is negatived and excluded from this deed and any Finance Document and all relief and protection conferred on the Grantor by or under that legislation is also negatived and excluded.
