Exclusion of Other Remedies. Except to the extent provided in Section 6.3, the provisions of Section 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5 shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Law, be the sole and exclusive remedies of the Houston Group and the Seattle Group, as applicable, for any Liability with respect to breaches referenced in Section 6.3 and third party claims referenced in Sections 6.4 and 6.5, respectively, whether arising from statute, principle of common or civil law, principles of strict liability, tort, contract or otherwise under this Agreement.
