Common use of Exclusion of Personal Liability Clause in Contracts

Exclusion of Personal Liability. No personal liability will attach to the Tenant's Solicitors by virtue of their entering into the Missives in their capacity as agents for the Tenant. No personal liability will attach to the Landlord's Solicitors by virtue of their entering into the Missives in their capacity as agents for the Landlord. The Landlord and the Tenant will be solely liable to each other for compliance with, and fulfilment of, their respective obligations under the Missives.
