Exclusion of warranty as to user. Nothing contained in this Lease or in any consent granted or approval given by the Landlord under it implies or warrants that the Demised Premises may be used under the Planning Acts or the Building Control Act for the purpose herein authorised or any purpose subsequently authorised and the Tenant hereby acknowledges that the Landlord has not given or made at any time any representation or warranty that any such use is or will be or will remain a permitted use under those Acts.
