The Exclusions and Clarifications clause defines which matters, liabilities, or obligations are specifically not covered by the agreement and provides additional explanations to prevent misunderstandings. Exclusions and Clarifications. Preliminary Engineering does not provide "Detailed Engineering Design" for the Plants or any other facilities. Detailed design would be included in the EPC Agreement and would be provided based on the scope definition developed during the preliminary engineering work and subject to subsequent agreement between LPSI and SSPC for these services.
