Exclusions from Base Salary and Bonus. For purposes of this Section 4, base salary and bonus exclude, without limitation, the following items: permanent or temporary housing allowances, transportation and moving expenses, tuition, air travel for non-business reasons, tax equalization payments, and any extraordinary payments that the Executive may be entitled to pursuant to non-U.S. law.
