Exclusions from the Program Clause Samples
The "Exclusions from the Program" clause defines which individuals, entities, or activities are not eligible to participate in a particular program. Typically, this clause lists specific categories—such as employees of the organizing company, affiliates, or those who do not meet certain criteria—that are barred from involvement. For example, it may exclude participants from certain geographic regions or those with prior violations of program rules. The core function of this clause is to clearly delineate the boundaries of eligibility, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring the program operates as intended.
