Exclusions to Limited Warranties. The limited warranty stated in Section 7.1 does not apply if: (i) you fail to notify Acumatica of a warranty claim within sixty (60) days of the first instance of the issue upon which the claim is based, (ii) you fail to upgrade to a Supported Version, (iii) you fail to meet capacity recommendations in the Licensing Guide, or (iv) if the warranty claim is the result of a Third Party Application or a customization of the Software prepared by you or a third party.
