Exclusions under National Electricity Law. ‌ Where the operation of the National Electricity Law would, in the absence of this clause 25 (“Liability and indemnity”), exclude any liability that the First Party has to the Affected Party for any Direct Loss or Third Party Claim (“Relevant Exclusion”), then despite anything in this clause 25 (“Liability and indemnity”), the First Party’s liability will be determined on the basis that it is entitled to claim the benefit of the Relevant Exclusion.
