Exclusive Basis. If the Buyer grants the Agency exclusive rights to purchase property on his or her behalf then select the “Exclusive Basis” definition. This will mean that the Agency will be entitled to its payment even if a property is purchased by the Buyer outside of the Agency’s involvement or knowledge.
