Common use of Exclusive Basis Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Basis. Upon the Effective Date, ATL will manufacture the Products exclusively for SonoSight for a period of up to five (5) years under the terms of this Agreement, unless this Agreement is otherwise terminated under the terms of this Agreement.
