Common use of Exclusive Benefit of Parties Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Benefit of Parties. This Consent No. 1 is made for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Parties hereto and nothing contained herein expressed or implied is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any other person any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Consent No. 1 except with respect to Firstar, as set forth in Section 7(l) of this Consent No. 1.
