Exclusive Employment and Restraint. Unless the Executive has the prior written consent of the Company, the Executive must work exclusively for the Company until his employment ends. The Company expressly permits the Executive to perform the roles specified in Item 7 of the Schedule and waives the application of clause 25 in its entirety in regard to those roles.
