Exclusive Jurisdiction; Venue. The Parties understand and agree that the federal and/or state courts located in the State of Kentucky shall have exclusive jurisdiction with regard to any litigation relating to this Release and that venue shall be proper only in the State of Kentucky and any federal court whose judicial district encompasses the State of Kentucky, and that any objection to this jurisdiction or venue is specifically waived.
