EXCLUSIVE LICENSE GRANT BY AMBRX. 2.1.1 Subject to the rights retained by AMBRX in Sections 2.1.3 & 2.1.4, AMBRX hereby grants to ZMC an exclusive right and license in the Field throughout the Territory, with the right to grant sublicenses subject to Section 2.7.1, under AMBRX Existing Patents to develop, have developed, use, manufacture, have manufactured, sell, offer for sale and have sold Licensed Products.
