Common use of Exclusive Nature of Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Nature of Negotiations. The Parties intend that certain aspects of the negotiations conducted pursuant to this Agreement be negotiated exclusively between the Parties. Accordingly, during the Negotiating Period the Redevelopment Agency shall negotiate exclusively with the Developer with respect to the development of the Site.
