Common use of Exclusive Patent License Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Licensee’s compliance therewith, OHSU grants to Licensee an exclusive, worldwide and nontransferable (except as provided below) license in the Field of Use under the Patent Rights, to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell and import Licensed Products for the Field of Use.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Licensee’s compliance therewith, OHSU grants to Licensee an exclusive, worldwide and nontransferable (except as provided below) license in the Field of Use under the Patent Rights, to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell sell, have sold, export and import Licensed Products for the Field of Use.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement Technology Addendum and the Agreement, and Licensee’s compliance therewith, OHSU grants to Licensee an exclusive, worldwide and nontransferable (except as provided below) license in the Field of Use under the Patent Rights, to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell sell, have sold, export and import Licensed Products for the Field of Use.

Exclusive Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Licensee’s compliance therewith, unless otherwise stated in one or more Technology Addendum, OHSU grants to Licensee and its Affiliates an exclusive, worldwide and nontransferable (except license, with the right to grant Sublicenses as provided below) license in the Field of Use set forth below under the Patent Rights, to make, have made, use, distribute, have distributed, research, improve, offer to sell, sell sell, have sold, and import Licensed Products for the Field of Use.
