Common use of Exclusive Patent License Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, COH hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive royalty-bearing right and license under the Patent Rights to make, have made, use, develop, offer for sale, sell, perform, and import and otherwise commercialize in any manner whatsoever the Licensed Products and to perform and otherwise commercialize in any manner whatsoever the Licensed Services, in the Field, in the Territory.

Exclusive Patent License.
