Common use of Exclusive Patent License Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Patent License. COH hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive, transferable (as set forth in Section 14.1), sublicenseable (as set forth in Section 3.3), royalty-bearing right and license under the Patent Rights to make, have made, use, have used, offer for sale, sell and import, export, and otherwise dispose of, commercialize, and exploit in any manner the Licensed Products, the Licensed Services, in the Field, in the Territory.
