Common use of Exclusive Property Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Property. The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its Affiliates. All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates shall be and remain the property of the Company or its Affiliates. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company or its Affiliates, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its Affiliates, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 6.

Exclusive Property. The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Group shall be and remain the property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information (as defined in the Employee Confidentiality and Innovations Agreement) is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Group shall be and remain the property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers papers, and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 65(b). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall maintain ownership and use of his rolodex and other address books.

Exclusive Property. The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information (as defined in the Employee Confidentiality and Innovations Agreement) is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Group shall be and remain the property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 65(b).

Exclusive Property. The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information confidential information is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its AffiliatesCompany. All business records, papers and documents regardless of the form of their records kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates shall be and remain the property of the Company or its Affiliates. Upon Company, and shall be promptly returned by the request and at the expense of Executive to the Company or its Affiliates, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its Affiliates, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 6upon any termination of employment.

All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company its or its Affiliates shall be and remain the property of the Company its or its Affiliates. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company its or its Affiliates, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company its or its Affiliates, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 6.

All business records, papers and documents (regardless of form) kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates to the business of any of the Company's affiliates or subsidiaries shall be and remain the property of the Company, except for such papers customarily deemed by the Company or its Affiliates. Upon to be the request and at the expense personal copies of the Company or its AffiliatesExecutive and such other papers as the Company's Chief Executive Officer may, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosuresin his sole discretion, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm authorize in the Company or its Affiliates, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 6writing.

All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates shall be and remain the property of the Company or its Affiliates. Exclusive Property. The Subject to Section 5(a), the Executive confirms that all Confidential Information is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its AffiliatesCompany. All business records, papers and documents containing Confidential Information kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Group is and shall be and remain the property of the Company or its Affiliates. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company or its Affiliates, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its Affiliates, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 6Company.

Exclusive Property. The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or any of its Affiliatessubsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the “Company Group”). All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Group shall be and remain the property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 64.

All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Group shall be and remain the property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 67. 8.

Exclusive Property. The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Group shall be and remain the property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers papers, and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 68.

The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or any of its Affiliatessubsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the “Company Group”). All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Group shall be and remain the property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 6.

Exclusive Property. The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information (as defined in the Employee Confidentiality and Innovations Agreement) is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. All business records, papers and documents kept or made by the Executive relating to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Group shall be and remain the property of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company or its AffiliatesGroup, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its Affiliates, Group. fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 65(b).

Exclusive Property. The Executive confirms that all Confidential Information is is, will be, and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its AffiliatesCompany. All business records, papers and documents documents, however documented, kept or made by the Executive relating and which relate to the business of the Company or its Affiliates Company’s Business, shall be and remain the sole property of the Company. Without derogating from any of the provisions of this Agreement, Executive represents that any of the Work Product (as defined below) are the sole property of the Company and Executive has no rights to such Work Product or its Affiliates. Upon the request and at the expense of the Company Confidential Information related thereto or its Affiliates, the Executive shall promptly make all disclosures, execute all instruments and papers and perform all acts reasonably necessary to vest and confirm in the Company or its Affiliates, fully and completely, all rights created or contemplated by this Section 6embodied therein.
