Exclusive Responsibility of Designated Entity. Designated Entity shall be solely responsible for all planning, design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, management, operations, safety, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations associated with the Project, including but not limited to obtaining all necessary permits, siting, and other regulatory approvals. Transmission Provider shall have no responsibility to manage, supervise, or ensure compliance or adequacy of same.
