Exclusive Responsibility of Selected QTPS. Selected QTPS shall be solely responsible for all planning, design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, management, operations, safety, and compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations associated with the Project. ISO-NE shall have no responsibility to manage, supervise, or ensure compliance or adequacy of same.
