Exclusive Right to Develop and Consult. Kickapoo hereby grants to Lakes the exclusive right to provide consulting services (and to assist in the financing, development, construction, and equipping) in connection with operations of any Class II Gaming and/or Class III Gaming facility and any ancillary facilities enhancing such gaming facility operated by Kickapoo in the State of Texas, including a hotel, any conference/convention facilities, food and beverage outlets, retail outlets, golf course, and any other enterprise designed to promote, support, or enhance such gaming facility.
Exclusive Right to Develop and Consult. Iowa Corp and the Iowa Tribe hereby grant to Lakes the exclusive right to provide consulting services (and to assist in the financing, development, construction, and equipping) in connection with operations of any Class II Gaming and/or Class III Gaming facility and any ancillary facilities enhancing such gaming facility operated by Iowa Corp or the Iowa Tribe in Iowa Indian Country, including a hotel, any convention center, food and beverage outlets, retail outlets, and any other enterprise designed to promote, support, or enhance such gaming facility.
