Exclusive Rights and Remedy. Except for any explicit rights and remedies the EMPLOYEE may have under any other contract, plan or arrangement with TBOP, the compensation and benefits payable hereunder and the remedy for enforcement thereof shall constitute his exclusive rights and remedy in the event of his termination of employment.
