Exclusive Rights of City. 1. City shall have the exclusive right to furnish water and sewage services to consumers within the Property covered by this Agreement. 2. The City is empowered to require the owner or occupant of any land within the Developer's Property to enter into a written service contract or agreement for retail water, and/or sewer service under the standard terms and conditions as promulgated by the City. 3. The City reserves the right to make full use of the water and/or sewer facilities to be owned by the City as contemplated herein to serve other customers at any time.
