Common use of Exclusive Severance Benefit Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Severance Benefit. The severance pay provided for in Section 5 shall be in lieu of any other severance pay to which you may otherwise be eligible to receive under any severance policy, plan, agreement or arrangement maintained by the Company or any of its affiliates from time to time.
