Exclusive to ArthroCare. Under the exclusive license granted by ArthroCare to Collagen in section 2.1, ArthroCare shall not have the right to import, have imported, use, offer for sale or sell Licensed Products in the Field during the Term of this Agreement and any renewals thereof; provided that ArthroCare shall not have made the election to convert the license into a non-exclusive license pursuant to sections 5.3(f) or 7.5(f).
