Common use of Exclusiveness Clause in Contracts

Exclusiveness. This Agreement and the other Sale Documents are the complete and exclusive statement of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior oral and written communications, proposals, agreements, representations, statements, negotiations and undertakings, whether express or implied, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
