Exclusivity and Related Terms for Certain GM Special Programs. Subject to the principles and exceptions outlined in this Section 3.2, whenever GM offers a GM Special Program regarding a Retail Financing product, it will do so exclusively through GMAC. The terms of this Section 3.2 shall not apply to any GM Special Program that relates to Operating Leases.
