EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE. You acknowledge and agree that FP may be independently creating Applications, content and other products or services that may be similar to the Application and its content with the exclusion of any elements that are owned, acquired, created, or developed by you, during and after the term of this Agreement, and nothing in this Agreement will be construed as restricting or preventing FP from creating and fully exploiting such, content and other items, without any obligation to you.

EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE. 1. Government shall grant fishing opportunities to Association fishing vessels to engage in fishing activities in Seychelles fishing zone in accordance with this Agreement. 2. The fishing opportunities shall apply solely to species referred to in Article 4. All fishing activities not covered by this Agreement are prohibited. 3. Association fishing vessels may engage in fishing activities in the Seychelles fishing zone covered by this Agreement only if they hold a fishing licence issued under this Agreement as per the Seychelles Fisheries Act 2014. 4. The competent Seychelles authorities shall issue fishing licences to Association fishing vessels exclusively under this Agreement. 5. The procedure for the pursuit of fishing activities by the Association fishing vessels in Seychelles fishing zone shall be as set out in the Annex to this Agreement, including license fees, and method of payment to be used by the Association. 6. The Association shall ensure proper implementation of its obligations under this Agreement, Annex and Appendices.

EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE. The Employee acknowledges and accepts that his duties and responsibilities demand, and his remuneration was fixed so, that the Employee devotes his full working time and ability to the Company's business. CBII must consent in advance if the Employee wishes to undertake any other professional activity. CBII may refuse its consent without giving reasons, or may subject its consent to certain conditions. This consent is required for any professional activity, whether paid or not, that: (a) the Employee carries out directly as a self-employed person or as an employee, officer or representative of a company or unincorporated association; or (b) a company or unincorporated association that is under the Employee's control carries out. CBII is aware that the Employee is Director of EMC2 Management SPRL. The Employee commits himself to not exercise any activity which is contradictory to (i) the interest of CBII, the Company or any other companies of the Group or (ii) the articles of this Agreement.

EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE. Only the exclusive bargaining agent, DCTA shall have the right to enforce this Agreement.

EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE. 1. During an internal market emergency mode, the agreement governing the Commission’s procurement on behalf or in the name of one or more participating Member States or joint procurement between the Commission and one or more Member States shall, where appropriate, provide for an exclusivity clause, under which participating countries commit to not procuring the crisis-relevant goods or services in question through other channels and to not running parallel negotiation processes. Where such clause is provided for, it shall stipulate that the participating Member States are allowed to launch their own procurement procedure for acquisition of additional quantities of crisis-relevant goods or services that are subject to the ongoing joint procurement or procurement by the Commission on behalf of or in the name of the Member States in a manner that does not undermine the ongoing procurement, upon the agreement of the Commission, after consulting all other participating Member States. The request for agreement shall be addressed to the Commission who shall forward it to the other participating Member States for their observations. 2. The exclusivity clause shall apply to any new contracts, including specific contracts in framework contracts, that the contracting authorities or contracting entities of the participating Member States would consider concluding during the activation of the internal market emergency mode.

EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE. M▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ further agrees to work exclusively for Dassault Systèmes and not to engage in any activity that competes with the Company’s activity for the entire term of his employment contract or any activity generating a conflict of interest.

EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE. Only the exclusive bargaining agent, HEA/United, shall have the right to enforce this Agreement and hold Union meetings or group activities on school grounds for Union purposes. The use of district facilities requires mutual agreement of the Principal/Site Supervisor and the Union Representative.

EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE. 5. In the case of this First World Anthology Rights assignment, the Author agrees not to publish or permit others to publish this Work in any form prior to its publication and appearance in the above named Anthology and for the twelve (12) months after the appearance of the Anthology.

Union vessels may engage in fishing activities in the Seychelles fishing zone covered by this Agreement only if they hold a fishing authorisation (defined as "licence" as per the Seychelles legislation) issued under this Agreement. All fishing activities not covered by this Agreement are prohibited. 3. The Seychelles authorities shall issue fishing authorisations to Union vessels exclusively under this Agreement.
