EXCULPATION CLAUSE. The obligations of Seller contained herein are intended to be binding only on the property of the trust party to this Agreement of Purchase and Sale and shall not be personally binding upon, nor shall any resort be had to the private properties of, any of the trustees, investment managers, any general partners thereof, or any employees or agents of the trustees or investment managers. All documents to be executed by Seller shall also contain the foregoing exculpation.
