Common use of EXCULPATION CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

EXCULPATION CLAUSE. The obligations of Seller contained herein are intended to be binding only on the Property shall not be personally binding upon, nor shall any resort be had to the properties of, any partner, shareholder, officer, director, employee, advisor or agent of Seller or any other property or asset owned by Seller. All documents to be executed by Seller shall also contain the foregoing exculpation.
