Common use of Exculpation of County Clause in Contracts

Exculpation of County. County, its officers, agents, and employees, shall not be liable to Tenant for any loss or damage to Tenant or Tenant's property from any cause. Tenant expressly waives all claims against County, its officers, agents, and employees, for injury or damage to person or property arising for any reason regardless of whether or not there is concurrent passive or active negligence of County, its officers, agents, and employees, unless such injury or damage is caused by or due to the sole negligence or willful misconduct of County, its officers, agents, and employees.
