Exculpation of Trustee in Exercise of Remedies. In the exercise of remedies, if the terms of this Indenture permit the Trustee to sell or liquidate the assets of the trust, the Trustee shall not be liable for any decline in value or loss realized as a result of the sale of the trust assets in accordance with the terms of this Indenture.
